Small batch, handcrafted. That's our principle. Everything is made from scratch, using as much produce that would be wasted as possible. We never use artificial preservatives, gels, thickeners or unnecessary additives, our bottle products are gluten free, and all packaging is glass or paper based & must be recyclable, reusable or compostable. Preservation crafts gourmet platter condiments and delicious jams, chutneys & relishes. We gather as much excess fresh fruit from growers and our market stall customers. The basis of Preservation’s business is its contribution to the mammoth task of reducing food waste and we do this one jar of jam at a time.
