I am Akanksha Kargwal, a New Zealand-based artist working from my home studio. My art is an abstract exploration of the breathtaking landscapes that surround me, inspired by the rich colors and textures of nature. Each piece I create is a dynamic fusion of acrylic painting and hand stitching on canvas. The thick, textured brushstrokes capture the depth and movement of the land, while delicate lines, dots, and threadwork add dimension and contrast, bringing a tactile quality to the surface.
