I do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on my art (or on commissions and made to order pieces) so please make sure you are confident with your purchase before making it. (As my work is made of natural fibres & flora, they will need to be looked after and certain care taken to keep them looking good - all individual pieces come with care instructions) please don't hesitate to reach out for more information or with any initial inquiries before buying. In the occurance you receive my art in faulty condition due to shipping please contact me within 7 days of receiving it and send photos. Made to order - yes, there will be some items that I have with this option, please make sure you read the listing for information. Commission art - yes, please contact me via my email with inquiries of pieces I have previously made or you may have seen on my socials, or if you have an idea you'd like me to bring to life in my style. I will not duplicate another artists work. Can I collect my purchase - yes, you will be able to collect your purchase from my studio if this is easier for you, we can connect once you're purchase has been made. Can you help me install my art - yes, if you are local I am happy to work with you to get your purchase up and looking beautiful (you will need to provide the tools) reach out prior to purchase to discuss this option (& location) or if it's a commission piece. Care instructions - my art will come with information to give you the tools to look after and care for your piece. Dried flowers & unspun merino wool will need some love more than other fibres.
